    Marseille-based container carrier CMA CGM has notified its customers of the following Peak Season Surcharge (PSS).

    Effective from 7 December 2024 (loading date) until further notice, the surcharge will apply to cargo originating from West Coast Central America, Mexico West Coast, East Coast Central America, and the Caribbean, and destined for North Europe (including Scandinavia, Poland, and the Baltic), East Mediterranean, West Mediterranean, Black Sea, and North Africa.

    The peak season surcharge will be US$200 per container and will apply only to dry boxes.
