    Ecom Express Limited has announced the appointment of Kammal Daas as Vice President of Operations, Last Mile. In this role, Kammal will focus on enhancing the company’s last-mile delivery operations, improving efficiency, and driving customer satisfaction.

    With over 18 years of experience in operations, logistics, and supply chain management, Kammal brings a wealth of expertise to Ecom Express. Prior to joining, he served as Vice President of Operations at Licious, overseeing mid-mile delivery and procurement logistics. His career also includes leadership roles at Flipkart and Walmart India, where he spearheaded initiatives to strengthen third-party logistics and supply chain capabilities.

    Welcoming Kammal to the team, Vishwachetan Nadamani, Chief Operating Officer of Ecom Express, said, “We are thrilled to have Kammal on board. His proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences will further solidify our modular last-mile delivery framework. His strategic vision will not only boost operational efficiency but also enable us to adapt swiftly to evolving business demands.”

    In his new position, Kammal will focus on optimizing delivery strategies, ensuring reliability, and incorporating advanced technologies for real-time tracking and seamless operations. Additionally, he aims to foster a high-performance culture by mentoring his team, emphasizing safety and compliance, and driving innovation across the last-mile delivery network.

    Kammal holds an advanced degree in supply chain and digital supply chain management from the Indian School of Business, along with a postgraduate degree in business management. His role will be instrumental in ensuring timely deliveries and seamless coordination across teams, aligning with Ecom Express’s strategic objectives.
