According to several reports, a US Coalition has made airstrikes on the Harf Sufyan District of Western Yemen in the North of the Capital City of Sana’a.

The OSINTdefender account posted on X that there are strikes on the Port City of Hodeida and other Houthi Sites along the Coast and near the Capital of Sana’a.

These are the first-ever joint strikes against the Houthis by the United States and Israeli Forces, according to several reports.

These incidents suggest that the situation in Yemen remains tentative as the United States and Israel are trying to eradicate the Houthis threat before Donald Trump takes up his duties on 20 January. The main goal is to return shipping operations back to normal in the crucial Red Sea region amid turbulent global trade developments.
