CMA CGM’s Short Sea Lines Division has launched MAESTRALE, a new Intramed service.

Beginning on 5 October 2025, from Malta, this weekly service will provide a direct and efficient maritime connection linking Malta with Albania, Croatia, and Italy.

The service will be operated using two vessels, following the rotation: Malta – Durres – Rijeka – Salerno – Malta. This new route aims to enhance regional connectivity and streamline trade across these Mediterranean ports.

In July, CMA CGM announced two updates to its Victory Bridge service connecting Europe and the US.

One month later, CMA CGM announced the upgrade of its NEFWI (PCRF) service, starting January 2026.
