The shipments, handled by the Galaxy Freight Mumbai Time-Critical team, were undertaken on behalf of a valued agent partner to deliver vital machinery parts to the Saudi Arabian oil company. Despite the tight delivery window, the team ensured both consignments reached right on schedule, keeping production lines running smoothly and without interruption.
The operation involved two lots — one comprising 20 pieces weighing 25 tons and another of 7 pieces totaling 14 tons — both transported on Silk Way West Airlines’ Boeing 747-400 aircraft.
