Softlink Global has introduced a new wave of AI-driven innovations within its Logi-Sys platform, marking a major step in its shift from digital workflows to truly intelligent logistics. Chief Growth Officer Kunal Maheshwari outlined the upgrades, emphasizing how they are designed to enhance operational speed, accuracy, and decision-making for logistics companies.

A key focus of the announcement was the enhancement of process acceleration, with AI-powered document reading now enabling automated job creation, purchase booking, and other core operational tasks. This automation significantly reduces manual effort and ensures faster turnaround times for freight forwarders.

Softlink also showcased deeper data intelligence through LogiBRAIN, which brings predictive insights, real-time performance visibility, and conversational analytics via its AI assistant BoxyAI. Together, these tools enable logistics teams to interpret data more effectively and act on insights with greater confidence.

Another major advancement is Softlink’s predictive tracking visibility, which uses enhanced intelligence to deliver more accurate shipment arrival forecasts. This improves planning reliability and strengthens customer communication across the supply chain.

Rounding out the announcement is the introduction of a 24×7 Digital Employee — an AI agent capable of autonomously executing routine business updates and actions without human intervention. This always-on capability aims to eliminate delays and ensure continuous operational flow.

With these developments, Softlink Global has reinforced its commitment to equipping the logistics sector with smarter, faster, and more efficient technology that elevates the overall intelligence of supply chain operations.
