    Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) convened its high-level ‘Chintan Shivir’ in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, bringing together top leadership and senior officials from across the country to chart the organisation’s future roadmap.

    The two-day strategic meet was led by CMD Sanjay Swarup, alongside Directors and senior officers. The sessions focused on long-term strategic planning, identifying emerging business opportunities, and enhancing CONCOR’s role in supporting India’s vision of a ‘Viksit Bharat’.

    Key discussions centred on leveraging advanced IT tools to improve customer satisfaction, exploring entry into shipping services, and implementing initiatives aimed at boosting overall supply chain efficiency. The leadership also deliberated on innovative approaches to strengthen CONCOR’s competitive positioning in a rapidly evolving logistics landscape.

    The event witnessed active participation from officers, who contributed to intensive brainstorming sessions and collaborative discussions. Team-building exercises further reinforced a culture of innovation, unity, and shared purpose within the organisation.

    The Srinagar conclave underscores CONCOR’s commitment to aligning its growth strategy with national priorities while fostering a forward-looking, agile, and customer-centric operational framework.
