Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR) has achieved a significant milestone in its international logistics operations by successfully dispatching its first overseas export shipment in CONCOR-owned containers from the Multi Modal Logistics Park (MMLP), MIHAN, Nagpur, to Jebel Ali, United Arab Emirates.
The landmark export movement was formally inaugurated on 9 July 2026 by Shri Vijoy Kumar Singh, Director (International Marketing & Operations), CONCOR, in the presence of Shri Sanjay Nandeshwar, Assistant Commissioner of Customs, Shri Avinash Pal, Chief Manager, and senior officials from CONCOR.
The initiative marks an important step in strengthening India’s export logistics capabilities by enabling seamless international cargo movement through CONCOR’s own container fleet. It also reinforces MIHAN, Nagpur, as a growing multimodal logistics hub, offering exporters enhanced connectivity to global markets.
The successful movement to Jebel Ali, one of the world’s leading transshipment and logistics hubs, demonstrates CONCOR’s continued focus on expanding its international logistics network and providing reliable, integrated supply chain solutions to Indian exporters.
