Senior executives from CMA CGM visited the Port of Colombo to discuss opportunities for expanding cooperation and strengthening the long-standing partnership between the global shipping line and Sri Lanka’s leading maritime gateway. The Port of Colombo remains one of South Asia’s busiest container ports, serving as a vital transshipment centre for cargo moving between Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent. Its strategic location and modern terminal infrastructure continue to attract major global shipping lines.
