Paradip Port has recorded a 10.71% year-on-year growth in limestone cargo handling, with volumes increasing to 20,96,666 MT in August FY 2026–27, compared with 18,93,920 MT during August FY 2025–26.
The increase of 2,02,746 MT reflects continued growth in limestone movement through the port and highlights the sustained demand for efficient bulk cargo handling infrastructure.
The performance further strengthens Paradip Port’s position as a key maritime gateway for industrial cargo, supporting the movement of raw materials and contributing to the efficiency of India’s wider industrial and logistics supply chain.
