    Kale Logistics, a worldwide provider of cloud-based technology solutions tailored for the logistics sector, has appointed Zulekha as its new Global Chief of Human Resources (CHRO. Zulekha’s role involves building and supporting the growing team of logistics technology experts across ten countries.

    Zulekha has over 17 years of HR experience across industries including logistics, education technology, manufacturing, media, and IT. Her focus lies on digital HR solutions, spanning from process automation to leveraging data for driving process innovation.

    “Kale is an agile tech organisation, and digitisation is in our DNA, so it is natural for HR to embrace digital tools,” states Zulekha. “Our workforce includes the new generation that requires a different level of engagement, and digitalisation will empower us to design and
    implement processes that will be easy and convenient to use to serve employees across diversified demographics.”

    Zulekha is Kale’s third key hire this year as the company continues to grow globally, particularly in North America, mentions the release.
