Bahri Line has continued its venture into the niche multipurpose sector with the addition of an MPP to its fleet. The company said it has added Bahri Diriyah, reaffirming its commitment to growth, and meeting diverse market demands and shifts.

Bahri Line has long been recognized as a key player in the project cargo and RoRo marine logistics industry, and it is continuing its expansion. “By venturing into the niche multi-purpose segment, we reaffirm our dedication to providing versatile and tailored shipping solutions to the market,” the company said in a brief statement.

The addition follows a positive year for the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia as it saw both its revenue and net profit climb in 2023. Revenue edged up 2.2 per cent while net profit climbed 55 per cent to 1.04 Billion Saudi Riyal ($277.5 million).

The company has also recently completed the second drydock of its RoRo vessel Bahri Yanbu.
