“The index of outbound routes from Hong Kong was little changed with rates to Europe edging further up to leave the YoY change at +24.1 percent. Outbound Shanghai was lower by -2.9 percent WoW but still well ahead by some +32 percent YoY. Rates out of India fell back a little after recent big gains but rates out of Vietnam were on the rise again both to Europe and the U.S.”
