Allcargo Terminals Limited, a key player in India’s CFS networks and part of the globally renowned logistics conglomerate Allcargo Group, has recently unveiled myCFS 2.0, an enhanced version of its digital portal and mobile application. Committed to leveraging digital technology for customer convenience, the upgraded portal offers a suite of 18 improved features, facilitating seamless, contactless, and paperless interactions from anywhere, be it home, office, or on the go.

Since its launch in April 2023, the myCFS portal and app have revolutionised CFS services, digitising 67 per cent of customer interactions and streamlining 67 per cent of cargo clearance processes. The latest version enhances user experience with features such as precise container nomination, real-time status updates, and online document uploads for customs procedures, import de-stuffing, and export carting, thereby expediting clearance processes.

Suresh Kumar R, the Managing Director of Allcargo Terminals Limited, conveyed that the creation of  the digital platform was in line with the industry’s growing dependence on advanced tools and technology. He mentioned that myCFS aimed to streamline business processes and facilitate seamless cargo transportation to diminish waiting periods for CHAs at CFS. Additionally, he highlighted that this endeavour would support the government’s initiatives for ease of doing business.

To facilitate efficient utilisation of the digital platform, the company is providing training to CHAs at CFS. The objective is to harness digital solutions to simplify CFS operations, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs for customers.
