Blue Dart Express, South Asia’s leading express air and integrated logistics company, has launched its new Digital Account Opening (DAO) platform, enabling businesses to open an account and begin shipping in just 10 minutes—a major leap in logistics onboarding efficiency.
The platform features a seamless five-step digital journey, making the onboarding process quick and user-friendly. It begins with profile creation, where businesses enter their basic information, followed by shipping plan selection, allowing them to choose predefined options or customise a plan based on their needs. Next is digital KYC verification to ensure secure authentication, after which users can complete Aadhaar-enabled agreement signing for instant approval without paperwork. Finally, with a prepaid card recharge, customers are immediately activated and ready to start shipping.
Once completed, customers immediately receive a Digital Prepaid Card and can start shipping right away. Every interaction is tracked and supported in real time through Blue Dart’s system, ensuring a smooth experience.
The DAO platform also offers early access to the Blue Dart customer dashboard, giving businesses control over tools and services to enhance their shipping operations. Users can choose from three predefined shipping plans or opt for a customised plan based on their requirements.
