Celcius Logistics, one of India’s tech-enabled 3PL cold supply chain providers, has appointed Nayan Sanghavi as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his new role, he will focus on strengthening the company’s financial infrastructure, driving operational efficiencies, and guiding fiscal planning to support sustainable scale and profitability. His leadership is expected to play a key role in advancing Celcius’ goal of transforming India’s cold chain sector through effective and technology-led solutions.

With more than 24 years of experience in finance, strategic planning, and business operations across major logistics and supply chain firms, Sanghavi brings extensive industry and leadership expertise to Celcius. Before joining the company, he served as CFO at Allcargo Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd., where he led financial transformation and ERP projects, as well as major investment and demerger initiatives. Earlier, he spent over 15 years at DHL Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd. as Regional Finance Head for the West and East regions, leading key strategic projects including ERP and GST implementation, internal control development, and commercial risk assessment.

Speaking on the appointment, Swarup Bose, Founder and CEO of Celcius Logistics, said, “As Celcius is scaling and growing its footprint across India, the finance function is critical to enabling sustainable and strategically valuable growth for the organisation. Nayan’s deep experience in financial transformation, coupled with his tactical understanding of the logistics sector, will be key in continuing to build our financial foundation to enable long-term value. We are excited to welcome him to the team.”

Expressing his enthusiasm, Sanghavi said, “Celcius Logistics has rapidly emerged as a market leader redefining the cold chain sector in India. I’m thrilled to contribute to this journey by building a strong financial foundation that aligns with the company’s long-term vision for sustainable growth. Our aim will be to strengthen capital efficiency and unlock opportunities that reinforce Celcius’s mission of creating an unbroken, efficient, and technology-led cold chain network.”

Recently, Celcius Logistics announced the launch of Celcius Green, India’s first fully electric refrigerated fleet for last-mile deliveries, providing temperature-controlled logistics solutions across key sectors such as dairy, pharmaceuticals, fruits and vegetables, seafood, and frozen foods. The company also introduced Celcius+, a specialised logistics division dedicated to ensuring seamless management of the pharmaceutical supply chain.
