CMA CGM has revised its Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) for cargo moving on its France–Tunisia RoRo service, updating the fuel-related surcharge applicable to shipments on the trade lane.

The BAF adjustment reflects changes in fuel costs and operating conditions and will apply to eligible RoRo cargo transported between France and Tunisia.

The France–Tunisia route supports the movement of vehicles, rolling equipment and other RoRo cargo between the two markets. Changes in fuel-related surcharges can affect the overall transportation cost for exporters, importers and vehicle logistics operators.

CMA CGM regularly reviews bunker-related charges across its services to account for fluctuations in marine fuel prices and other operating expenses. The latest revision provides customers with updated surcharge terms for shipments using the service.

Shippers using the France–Tunisia RoRo connection are advised to check the revised BAF applicable to their cargo and shipment date when calculating transportation costs.

The adjustment is part of the carrier’s broader surcharge-management process across its global shipping network.
