CNH has inaugurated a new parts distribution centre in Pune, marking its fourth such facility in India after Noida, Indore and Sikanderabad (Uttar Pradesh). The centre will serve as a specialised hub for CNH’s crop solution portfolio, supporting Case IH sugarcane harvesters and New Holland combine harvesters and balers.
By positioning parts closer to customers and dealers, CNH aims to accelerate delivery times, enhance parts availability, and reduce machine downtime during crucial harvesting and field operations. Designed as a state-of-the-art warehouse, the new facility features advanced infrastructure such as Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to boost accuracy, traceability, and process efficiency.
Mr. Narinder Mittal, President & Managing Director, CNH India, said the investment underscores CNH’s commitment to improving customer support and operational efficiency. “The Southern and Western regions are important sugarcane belts, where timely availability of parts is critical. This new parts distribution centre in Pune enhances our ability to respond swiftly by placing us closer to our customers and our manufacturing base,” he said.
Reinforcing CNH’s global focus on sustainability, the centre incorporates eco-friendly packaging and energy-efficient systems to minimise environmental impact. CNH has partnered with DHL Supply Chain for logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of parts to its dealer network and customers.
