In a strategic move to expand its international presence, Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Rais Hassan Saadi (RHS) Group, a prominent Dubai-based logistics and shipping services provider. The agreement, signed on July 14, marks a significant step toward building a robust multimodal logistics corridor between India and key global markets.
The MoU aims to leverage the combined strengths of both entities to deliver integrated, seamless, and cost-effective end-to-end logistics solutions, with a focus on enhancing international multimodal connectivity across rail, sea, and road.
Combining Strengths for Global Reach
As per the exchange filing, the collaboration brings together:
- CONCOR’s expertise in inland logistics, terminal operations, and supply chain management, and
- RHS Group’s global footprint in shipping, freight forwarding, maritime services, and port-based operations across the Gulf, Africa, and South Asia.

Speaking on the development, Sanjay Swarup, Chairman and Managing Director of CONCOR, said:
