Delhivery announced the launch of its fifth all-women hub in the new 1,600-square-foot facility in Shahdara, Delhi.
“Employing 25 women, the hub demonstrates the company’s commitment to creating inclusive workplace environments and processing over 10,000 parcels daily,” reads the release.

Delhivery’s all-women hubs, now spanning locations including Moga, Sikar, Satna, Mayapuri , and Shahdara, have already demonstrated remarkable outcomes. Women workers have shown 20 percent lower attrition rates, higher productivity attributed to traits of integrity,
discipline, and empathy, and an 8 percent higher rate of 100 percent attendance compared to male workers.
