Delhivery Limited (NSE: DELHIVERY; BSE: 543529) and Peak XV Partners have announced the launch of Demo Day, powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS), to identify and support startups developing next-generation technology solutions for the supply chain and logistics sector in India.

The initiative will focus on emerging technologies across artificial intelligence (AI) applications in logistics and supply chain management, robotics, and industrial automation, with an emphasis on solutions that can improve operational efficiency, enable intelligent decision-making and transform physical logistics operations.

    Bridging Innovation and Real-World Logistics

As supply chains increasingly adopt intelligent and autonomous systems, technologies capable of coordinating complex workflows, automating operations and optimising logistics processes are gaining importance. The Demo Day initiative aims to bring promising startups closer to real-world operational environments, enabling them to test, validate and potentially deploy their solutions at scale.

Selected startups will have the opportunity to present their technologies to leaders from Delhivery and Peak XV Partners, explore potential collaborations and access mentorship, technology and cloud infrastructure support, and possible investment opportunities.

Through Delhivery’s extensive logistics network, participating startups may also explore opportunities to test their solutions in live operational environments, helping bridge the gap between technology development and commercial deployment.

Commenting on the initiative, Kapil Bharati, CTO and Co-founder of Delhivery, said: “AI gives us the rare opportunity to rebuild logistics from first principles. With 15 years of scale behind us, Delhivery is looking to back ambitious companies deploying AI agents and physical AI for the next decade.”

Focus on AI, Robotics and Industrial Automation

The initiative is open to startups developing relevant technology solutions with the capability to build and deploy their products for the Indian market. By bringing together logistics industry expertise, venture capital and cloud technology capabilities, the programme seeks to encourage innovation that can address practical challenges across India’s evolving supply chain ecosystem.

The collaboration reflects the growing importance of AI-led software and physical automation in shaping the next generation of logistics infrastructure, while creating opportunities for emerging technology companies to demonstrate their solutions in commercially relevant environments.
