    The Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL) conducted an Interactive CGM Seminar on “Dispute Resolution & Contract Closure (EDFC)” on 8 January 2026 at its Corporate Office in Noida. The seminar was held under the chairmanship of Shri Praveen Kumar, Managing Director, DFCCIL, in the presence of Shri Anurag Sharma, Director (Infrastructure) and other senior officials.

    Shri Praveen Kumar’s leadership and guidance set the tone for focused deliberations aimed at strengthening contractual governance, expediting dispute resolution mechanisms, and ensuring the timely closure of contracts under the Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor (EDFC).

    The seminar saw wide participation from officers across the organization, who actively engaged in constructive discussions, shared field-level experiences, and aligned on best practices to enhance efficiency in project execution.

    The session reaffirmed DFCCIL’s continued commitment to transparency, accountability, and robust contract management, reinforcing its focus on the successful and timely delivery of India’s Dedicated Freight Corridor projects.
