Showcasing its commitment towards development of port infrastructure, Deendayal Port Authority (DPA) organized a conference-cum-interaction session at Hotel Trident, Mumbai, towards the restructuring of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Projects.
The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Shri S.K. Mehta, IFS, Chairman-DPA and Shri Nandeesh Shukla, IRTS, Dy Chairman, alongside Shri V. Raveendra Reddy, Chief Engineer; Shri B. Bhagyanath, FA&CAO; Shri Sudipta Banerjee, Sr. Dy. Traffic Manager other officers of the Deendayal Port Authority
During the conference, DPA presented comprehensive insights into the upcoming PPP projects, notably highlighting three Oil Jetties at Old Kandla and a Multipurpose dry cargo facility at Tuna Tekra. The presentations shed light on the strategic vision and objectives behind these projects, emphasizing the Authority’s dedication to fostering economic growth and infrastructure development.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Sanjay Mehta, Chairman DPA, said, “The restructuring of our PPP projects is a strategic move to ensure their long-term success and contribute to the port’s growth. We believe that stakeholder engagement is crucial for this endeavour, and we are grateful for the constructive feedback and suggestions received today. We will carefully consider all the inputs and work towards implementing the projects in a way that is benefits to all stakeholders.”
