DTDC Express Ltd., one of India’s leading integrated logistics companies, has announced a strategic partnership with Radiant Acemoney, a fintech company specializing in digital banking and payment solutions. The collaboration seeks to strengthen last-mile delivery, enhance financial inclusion, and expand access for underserved regions across India.
Under the partnership, DTDC will leverage Acemoney’s network of 83,000 merchants and 30,000 Business Correspondent (BC) counters to create new pickup and drop-off points, especially in tier-2, tier-3 cities and rural areas. In turn, selected DTDC centres will serve as Acemoney BC service points, offering customers access to digital payment solutions, cash-on-delivery enhancements, and banking services.
Speaking on the development, Abhishek Chakraborty, CEO, DTDC Express Ltd., said:
“At DTDC, our mission has always been to connect every corner of Bharat. This partnership with Acemoney strengthens our ability to penetrate underserved markets, create new access points for commerce, and deliver both logistics and financial inclusion.”
Jimmin James Kurichiyil, Executive Director, Aceware Fintech Services Pvt. Ltd. (Acemoney) , added:
“Through this partnership, our combined network opens up exciting avenues with DTDC’s 16,500+ channel partners to offer digital banking, financial, and value-added services. By integrating our 30,000+ business counters as DTDC pickup and delivery points, we are transforming rural outlets into inclusive service hubs.”
The collaboration, formalized through a six-month MoU, will first be rolled out across Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, and West Bengal. Both companies are currently finalizing commercials and operational frameworks.
The move is expected to provide significant opportunities for small businesses, D2C brands, social commerce sellers, and local manufacturers while bridging critical gaps in logistics and payments for millions of rural consumers.
