    Ashok Bhanushali, the proprietor of M/s. DamjiDhiroo& Co., expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Gandhidham Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) for their instrumental role in resolving a critical situation involving the illegal detention of his vessel, MSV Shree Shiv Shakti, by the US Navy.

    In a letter addressed to the respected members of the trade, commerce, and industry, Bhanushali shared the harrowing experience of his vessel being detained during its voyage from Bandar Abbas Port, Iran, to Djibouti. The actions of the US Navy were deemed unjust and illegal, posing a severe threat to the safety of the crew and the reputation of his company.

    Facing an imminent threat to his business, Bhanushali sought assistance from the Gandhidham Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He reached out to President Teja bhai Kangad and Hon. Secretary Mahesh Tirthani, who promptly extended their cooperation and assistance. The Chamber’s effective representation at the highest levels, including the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Foreign Affair Minister, Director General of Shipping, and the Director of the US Navy, played a pivotal role in the release of the vessel and its crew.

    In his letter, Bhanushali expressed deep gratitude to Team Tejabhai and the entire Gandhidham Chamber for their selfless service and unwavering support during the challenging times. He highlighted their dedication to the welfare of the trade and the region , commending their prompt response and effective representation.

    Bhanushali expressed his sincere gratitude to the Gandhidham Chamber and called for unity to ensure the continued leadership of Team Tejabhai and Mahesh Tirthani for the betterment of trade and the welfare of the region. He thanked the members for their attention and anticipated their support for Team Tejabhai in the upcoming election.

    He cited their commitment to excellence and effectiveness in addressing critical issues affecting the trade and industry, emphasizing their broad vision for the promotion and development of trade and the welfare of the people of Kutch.

    Bhanushali appealed to fellow traders, businessmen, and industry leaders to cast their votes in favor of the current body under the leadership of Tejabhai. He expressed confidence that their hard work and dedication would contribute to the continued growth and prosperity of the community.
