HAECO announced the extension of its line maintenance contract with EVA Air until the end of 2026. This renewal covers non-technical services, including cabin cleaning at Hong Kong International Airport, further solidifying the long-standing partnership between HAECO and EVA Air, which began in 2002.

Ranked 8th among the “World’s Top 10 Airlines,” EVA Air received the prestigious 5-star airline rating in the 2024 Skytrax World Airline Awards, recognizing its exceptional quality and service standards. The Taiwanese airline also achieved 3rd place globally for Airline Cleanliness standards, underscoring its commitment to providing a clean and comfortable cabin environment for passengers both at its home base and across its network.

HAECO has been delivering line maintenance support for over 300 monthly flights of EVA Air in Hong Kong. The renewed contract encompasses a range of aircraft types and models, including both passenger and cargo aircraft such as the Airbus A321 and A330, as well as the Boeing 787, 777, and 777F.

Gerald Steinhoff, Chief Commercial Officer of HAECO, stated, “The extension of our partnership with EVA Air is a testament to our high-quality service and the trusted relationship we have built over the past two decades. We take great pride in serving a 5-star global airline that shares our commitment to service excellence. HAECO looks forward to providing continued support for EVA Air at its largest outstation in Hong Kong and remains their steadfast partner in driving their success.”

Bryan Chang, Vice President of EVA, added, “HAECO’s line maintenance service in Hong Kong has been instrumental in our recent accolades. With a reliable partner like HAECO ensuring the onboard cleanliness of our aircraft, EVA Air can continue to uphold our strong reputation as we expand our strategic presence in Hong Kong and beyond.”
