ICD-Bawal, operated by Sanjvik Terminals under Om Logistics, has taken significant strides in enhancing Northern India’s export-import (EXIM) logistics network with the launch of Ocean Network Express (ONE) BL Point operations and the resumption of rail services connecting key sea ports.

With ONE Line, one of the world’s largest shipping companies, commencing BL Point operations at ICD-Bawal, exporters and importers across the automobile and white goods sectors—particularly those within the Korean and Japanese industrial belt—can now benefit from faster, more reliable, and direct EXIM services through Bawal. This development reinforces the terminal’s operational efficiency and customer-focused approach.

Further strengthening its multimodal capabilities, ICD-Bawal has restarted EXIM rail transportation to major Indian ports including Mundra, Pipavav, and JNPT, in collaboration with Pristine Logistics & Infraprojects, a leading rail operator managing a fleet of over 80 rakes. The presence of a Gati Shakti terminal in the Bawal region further facilitates double-stack container movement, reducing logistics costs and improving turnaround times.

These advancements have positioned ICD-Bawal as a key logistics hub in North India, with the terminal achieving record TEU handling in September 2025. Backed by robust infrastructure, process-driven operations, and a customer-first philosophy, Sanjvik Terminals continues to play a vital role in advancing India’s EXIM trade network.
