    Union Civil Aviation Minister K Rammohan Naidu has revealed plans to establish a special purpose vehicle aimed at jumpstarting aircraft manufacturing in India. This initiative is part of a larger effort to begin aircraft manufacturing activities within the next five years.

    Naidu shared this update while addressing a conference organized by the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the national capital. The minister underscored the importance of this move, given the rapid growth of the civil aviation market in India.

    According to Naidu, the Civil Aviation Ministry is committed to ensuring that India becomes a significant player in aircraft manufacturing, leveraging its position as one of the world’s fastest-growing civil aviation markets.
