India’s electronics exports continued their remarkable growth trajectory in FY 2025-26, reinforcing the country’s position as a major global manufacturing and export hub. Strong domestic manufacturing capabilities, policy support, technological innovation, and increasing global competitiveness have helped Indian electronic goods gain a stronger foothold in international markets.

The United States emerged as the leading destination for India’s electronic goods exports during the fiscal year, followed by the United Arab Emirates, China, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, and Germany. The growing demand from these markets reflects rising global confidence in India’s electronics manufacturing ecosystem and the expanding reach of “Made in India” products across continents.

Industry data highlights robust growth in exports of smartphones, consumer electronics, telecom equipment, and electronic components, supported by production-linked incentive (PLI) schemes and increased integration into global supply chains. India’s electronics exports have witnessed substantial expansion over the past decade, positioning the sector as one of the key drivers of the country’s export growth.

With sustained investments in manufacturing, infrastructure, and innovation, India is steadily strengthening its role as a trusted global electronics production base, contributing significantly to the nation’s economic growth and export diversification strategy.
