IndoSpace, one of India’s leading industrial and logistics park developers, has announced the appointment of Anshuman Singh as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. A veteran in the logistics and warehousing sector, Singh previously founded Stellar Value Chain Solutions, which was acquired by CEVA Logistics in 2023, and also co-founded Future Supply Chain Solutions Ltd. His extensive industry experience aligns with IndoSpace’s ambition to scale its Grade-A warehousing infrastructure to meet India’s surging demand from e-commerce, retail, automotive, and manufacturing sectors.

The Indian warehousing market is expected to grow at a 12-15% CAGR over the next five years, driven by government initiatives such as the National Logistics Policy (NLP) and dedicated freight corridors. Under Singh’s leadership, IndoSpace aims to strengthen its market dominance through accelerated asset development, leasing, and acquisitions.

Backed by Everstone Group and US-based Realterm, IndoSpace has cemented its position as the country’s leading warehousing platform since 2007. Recent major leases include over 700,000 sq. ft. with RenewSys India near Mumbai and 127,000 sq. ft. with Steelcase Asia Pacific Holdings in Pune.

This leadership transition positions IndoSpace to capitalize on India’s evolving logistics and warehousing landscape, bolstering its competitiveness against major players such as Blackstone’s Horizon Industrial Parks and ESR India.
