This was announced by the Minister of Trade Nuruddin Azizi, Reuters reports.

According to the Afghan official, the authorities of the three countries will prepare a written agreement on official plans for the creation of a hub within two months, allowing Central Asian countries to more actively supply their goods to South Asian states.

“The establishment of a logistics center will allow the development of multimodal services through the delivery of goods by road transport to the dry port, where they will be sorted and sent by railways along the ‘North-South’ corridor to the seaports of the Persian Gulf, Pakistan, and India,” he explained.

Earlier, LogiStan wrote that Kazakhstan plans to participate in the construction of railways in Afghanistan.
