Adani Ports’ Mundra West Basin has achieved a major operational milestone with the record turnaround of the Panamax vessel MV Macheras.

The vessel berthed at the West Basin and successfully completed discharge operations in just 20 hours and 40 minutes. A total of 76,172.550 MT of cargo was handled, recording an impressive average throughput of 3,687 tonnes per hour (TPH).

This achievement marks the fastest turnaround since the commissioning of the West Basin, establishing a new benchmark in efficiency and performance.

Adani Ports officials highlighted that this milestone reflects the terminal’s advanced infrastructure, streamlined processes, and focus on customer-centric operations, further strengthening Mundra’s position as India’s premier maritime gateway.
