    The New Mangaluru Port Authority (NMPA) will organise a workshop on maritime adversities at Hotel Taj Vivanta on Monday. The workshop will delve into various processes and eventualities associated with shipping, emphasising the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders, preventive measures, and preparedness and response systems in dealing with maritime adversities.

    The workshop will be inaugurated by DC Mullai Muhilan MP. Domain experts RD Tripathi, environment adviser from the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, and Capt Manoj Joshi, deputy conservator from Mormugao Port Authority will lead discussions, said a release.
