A new Chinese container line based out of Shanghai has commenced calls across northeast Asia.

STF Shipping offers three container services linking China with South Korea and Russia’s Far East, taking over from where Dubai-based CStar Line previously operated. CStar quit the route in August.

STF operates six ships ranging in size from 1,100 to 2,200 teu. The company also has plans to add Southeast Asia to its coverage soon.
