Ocean Network Express (ONE) has completed a review of its Bunker Surcharge (OBS) tariff, which will take effect on 1 January 2026.
The OBS tariff will be reviewed quarterly, with any updates communicated in advance.
Currently, four fuel-related surcharges are in use: OBS, ECA Regulation Surcharge (ECA), Low Sulphur NE Outport (NEO), and Low Sulphur Mediterranean Outport (MEO).
From January 2026, ECA, NEO, and MEO will be discontinued, with only the OBS applied. This change simplifies invoicing for customers, and the calculation method for the standardised OBS follows established industry practices.

The effective date for the revised OBS tariff is 1 January 2026 for both non-FMC regulated trades and FMC-regulated trades, including Canada and US territories (US, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, Hawaii).
The OBS surcharge tariff (USD) applies from 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026.
