    Paradip Port Authority recorded a 5.56% year-on-year growth in coking coal handling during August, reflecting its continued contribution to India’s industrial supply chains.

    The port handled 56.22 lakh tonnes of coking coal in August FY 2026–27, compared with 53.26 lakh tonnes during the corresponding period of FY 2025–26, an increase of 2.96 lakh tonnes.

    The growth highlights Paradip Port Authority’s efficient cargo-handling operations and its growing role in supporting industries with reliable and seamless cargo movement.
