Narendra Modi has launched and laid the foundation stone for development projects worth ₹9,400 crore in Telangana, covering sectors including infrastructure, transport, energy, and public services.
The projects are aimed at improving regional connectivity, boosting industrial and economic growth, and enhancing urban and rural infrastructure across the state. Officials said the initiatives will support employment generation, strengthen logistics networks, and improve access to essential services for local communities.
The package includes investments in road and rail infrastructure, manufacturing support, and public utility projects designed to accelerate Telangana’s economic development and attract further investment. The projects are also expected to improve freight movement and connectivity for businesses operating in the region.
The launch reflects the government’s continued focus on large-scale infrastructure expansion and regional development as part of broader efforts to strengthen India’s economic growth and logistics capabilities.
