    Salesforce, the world’s #1 AI CRM, has announced a strategic collaboration with Jeena & Company, one of India’s largest family-owned logistics and freight forwarding firms, to accelerate the latter’s digital transformation journey.

    In the first phase of the partnership, Jeena & Company will deploy Salesforce Sales Cloud to boost sales visibility and enable faster, more integrated engagement across its logistics network. The solution will provide real-time deal cycle tracking, helping sales teams close deals quicker and improve conversion rates. Leveraging Salesforce Customer 360, the company aims to deepen customer engagement, personalize outreach, and unlock recurring revenue opportunities through a single, unified source of customer data.
