Digital air cargo solutions provider SmartKargo has partnered with Bringer Air Cargo to accelerate the next phase of intelligent, data-driven airfreight operations, marking a significant step toward greater automation and visibility in the sector.

Under the collaboration, Bringer Air Cargo will deploy SmartKargo’s cloud-based air cargo management platform to modernise its booking, pricing, revenue management and operational control systems. The move is expected to streamline processes, enhance real-time shipment tracking and improve overall efficiency across the airline’s cargo network.

The integration will enable automated capacity management, dynamic pricing capabilities and digital documentation workflows — key features designed to reduce manual intervention and minimise operational bottlenecks. Industry observers note that such digital transformation initiatives are increasingly critical as air cargo demand becomes more volatile and time-sensitive, particularly with the continued expansion of cross-border e-commerce.

SmartKargo’s platform leverages advanced analytics and data intelligence tools to provide airlines with improved forecasting and decision-making support. For Bringer Air Cargo, the upgrade is aimed at strengthening customer experience while optimising aircraft load factors and revenue streams.

Executives from both companies highlighted that the alliance underscores a broader industry shift toward smarter, technology-enabled cargo ecosystems. By combining operational expertise with advanced digital tools, the partnership seeks to position Bringer Air Cargo for scalable growth while contributing to a more connected and responsive global airfreight network.

The agreement reflects a growing trend among mid-size and regional carriers investing in next-generation cargo IT infrastructure to remain competitive in a rapidly evolving logistics landscape.
