    Tirupur Exporters Association (TEA) has honoured Tirupur’s exporters in various categories for export performance and other areas.

    In the category, Year On Year Exports Sales Growth In Turnover Rs. 1- Rs. 10 Crore, Orange Apparels Inc, C.S. Textile and Bloomes Knit Creations got gold, silver and bronze respectively.

    On the bases of turnover from Rs.11-Rs. 30 crore, Arvind Inc, Stylz Wear and N.S.K. Export were honoured with gold, silver and bronze respectively.

    Gold, silver and bronze in the category of turnover of Rs. 31-Rs. 100 crore, Sri Vaari Knit Wear, Premina Exports, RTR Garments received the awards respectively. While in turnover from Rs. 101-Rs. 250 crore BVK Exports India, Ess Enn Exports and Sree Santhosh Exports awarded with gold, silver and bronze respectively.

    K.M. Knitwear Bagged gold in the turnover segment of Rs. 251-Rs.500 crore.

    P.Sabanayagam of Masswin Exports, P.Manikandan of Merlin Hawk Impex,  N. Vasanthakumar and P. Vignesh Veerakumar of Atcherra Impex, M. Anandhan of AV Fashion, P.Vijayakumar of Baalaji Export, S.Easwaramoorthy of Jaivashini Cotton Tex and A.Sivabalan of Greenway Clothings India,  S.Ravichandran of Honey Well Creation were awarded as first generation young entrepreneurs.

    Anirithanya Tex, Varsha Knit Fashions, Arrow Tex were recognised under the category of Women Entrepreneurs.

    For Environment Social Governance (ESG) practices, K.M.Knitwear BVK Exports India, Majestic Exports got the awards.

    Addressing the 33rd annual general body meeting KM Subramanian, President of the association said that industry is expecting positive growth in Indian apparel exports in the coming months.

    He said that the exporters are optimistic that there will be a gradual revival of exports from this month as the garments in warehouses are getting exhausted and the people will resort for purchasing garments for festival season and new year.
