    The mobility solution supplier Titagarh Rail Systems Limited (TRSL) has expanded its innovation and design journey by launching a new engineering center in Bangalore.

    “We are incredibly proud to inaugurate our new engineering centre in Bangalore. It is a hub of exciting engineering talent that will serve as a perfect opportunity for aspiring young engineers to support ever growing vision of Titagarh,” said Mr. Umesh Chowdhary, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Titagarh Rail Systems Limited.

    “The facility reaffirms our commitment to pushing the envelope in implementing cutting-edge rail technology while contributing to build an enhanced connectivity in the country. The centre is a step towards our vision to offer completely made-in-India metro coaches to strengthen the country’s local transportation, and also ensure that we are at the forefront of the rail industry’s evolution,” Umesh Chowdhary further added.

    According to the release, “The engineering centre will also play a key role in executing TRSL’s current and upcoming rolling stock & propulsion projects like Surat & Ahmedabad Metro, Vande Bharat, ICF EMU/MEMU etc. demonstrating company’s unwavering commitment to the ‘Make-inIndia’ and ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat’ initiative towards a Viksit Bharat.”

    At this facility, the corporation plans to hire a big number of experienced engineers in several rolling stock specialties. According to the statement, the center will serve as an innovation hub where concepts are developed into workable solutions that address the challenges of contemporary rail transportation.
