TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) plans to invest ₹1,000 crore in Tamil Nadu over the coming years as part of its expansion across the state’s industrial and logistics infrastructure sector.

The proposed investment was formalised through an initial pact with the Government of Tamil Nadu at the VETTRI Tamil Nadu Investment Conclave 2026. The projects are expected to create around 1,500 employment opportunities across the state.

The investment comes amid rising demand for modern, strategically located industrial and logistics infrastructure as manufacturing and industrial activity continues to expand across Tamil Nadu. TVS ILP is expected to develop Grade-A industrial and logistics parks designed to support new industrial capacity, enhance supply-chain efficiency and cater to businesses operating in emerging growth centres.

Tamil Nadu has set an ambitious target of becoming a $1.5 trillion economy by 2036, with industrial development, logistics connectivity and modern infrastructure expected to be key enablers of this growth.

Commenting on the investment, Dr. Ramnath Subramaniam, Joint Managing Director, TVS ILP, said the company sees significant opportunities emerging across the state and intends to play the role of a technology-enabled infrastructure partner for businesses expanding their operations in Tamil Nadu.

The proposed ₹1,000-crore investment is expected to further strengthen Tamil Nadu’s position as a major industrial and logistics hub, while supporting employment generation and improving the infrastructure available to manufacturers, logistics operators and other businesses.
