Welspun One Logistics Parks, one of India’s leading developers and managers of Grade A logistics and industrial real estate, has announced an investment of ₹550 crore to develop a large-format logistics park at Talegaon MIDC in Pune.
Strategically located within the Talegaon industrial corridor, the upcoming logistics park will offer strong multi-modal connectivity to Pune city, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), JNPT port, and major national highways, positioning it as a key hub for regional and pan-India distribution. The location benefits from a robust manufacturing ecosystem encompassing automotive, engineering, electronics, FMCG, and pharmaceutical industries, which continues to drive demand for high-quality warehousing infrastructure.
The project will be developed to Grade A standards, featuring large floor plates, high clear heights, optimized column spacing, heavy floor load capacity, dock-level access, and advanced fire safety systems. Designed to cater to the evolving requirements of e-commerce players, third-party logistics (3PL) companies, FMCG firms, and manufacturing-led supply chains, the facility aims to enhance operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
In line with Welspun One’s ESG-led development approach, the logistics park will integrate sustainability-focused initiatives, including energy-efficient lighting, water conservation systems, provisions for rooftop solar installations, and environmentally responsible construction practices.
