The India arm of Yusen Logistics, a leading global logistics and supply chain solutions provider, has signed a long-term lease agreement with Macrotech Developers for nearly 200,000 sq ft of warehousing space at Palava Industrial and Logistics Park (LILP) near Mumbai. This strategic move is part of Yusen Logistics’ plan to bolster its distribution network in India.
The warehouse is a built-to-suit facility within LILP, a prominent hub for industrial and logistics operations developed by Macrotech Developers. The lease spans over five years, ensuring a stable operational base for Yusen Logistics in the region. Yusen Logistics is currently conducting fit-out work at the site, with operations expected to begin in the coming months.
Strengthening national presence, this agreement aligns with the company’s strategy to expand in key logistics hubs, enabling it to support diverse industries, including e-commerce, automotive, and retail.
