Adani Skills & Education (ASE), the skill development arm of the Adani Group, has launched Karma Shiksha, a Work-Study Diploma Program under the National Council for Vocational Education & Training (NCVET), Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE).
Designed for Class 10 and 12 pass students across all streams as well as ITI graduates, Karma Shiksha blends classroom learning with hands-on industry experience across Adani’s core sectors including ports, power, solar manufacturing, green energy and logistics.
The program offers a two-year diploma in Ports Management and Logistics Management, with NCVET-recognised certification jointly awarded with ASE. Students selected through a national-level merit process will benefit from a stipend, multi-sector exposure, and pathways to higher education, including lateral entry into degree programs.
Speaking at the launch, Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani said, “With Karma Shiksha, we are taking a transformative step to provide not just education, but practical skills that open pathways to opportunity. This embodies our philosophy of Hum Karke Dikhate Hai—turning intent into action and empowering a new generation to contribute to a Viksit Bharat.”
Robin Bhowmik, CEO of ASE, added, “Karma Shiksha is more than a diploma – it is a gateway to opportunity. By integrating academics with workplace learning, we are building a pipeline of industry-ready professionals for a future-ready India.”
With its earn-while-you-learn model and industry-aligned curriculum, the program reinforces Adani Skills & Education’s commitment to employability, vocational excellence, and nation-building.
