Wan Hai Lines has officially launched its new dedicated shipping route, the CHINA–SOUTHEAST ASIA SERVICE III (CS3), marking a significant expansion of its intra-Asia network. The service is introduced in collaboration with Evergreen Marine Corp. (Taiwan) and Yang Ming Marine Transport Corp., reinforcing strong regional partnerships among leading carriers.

The newly launched CS3 service aims to enhance direct connectivity between major ports in China and key destinations across Southeast Asia, supporting growing trade volumes and offering shippers improved transit times, schedule reliability, and broader market reach.

Industry observers note that the collaboration between the three prominent Taiwanese carriers highlights their shared commitment to increasing operational efficiency and strengthening service offerings in the high-demand Asia trade lanes.

The CS3 route is expected to play a pivotal role in facilitating regional supply chains, especially amid rising cargo movements driven by manufacturing growth in Southeast Asia. With enhanced port rotation and optimized vessel deployment, the service will cater to exporters, importers, and freight forwarders seeking seamless and dependable maritime transport solutions.

Wan Hai Lines stated that the introduction of CS3 aligns with its long-term strategy to expand its network footprint and respond to customer needs with flexible and competitive service options.

The collaborative service is now fully operational, offering businesses a strengthened logistics link between China and Southeast Asia’s thriving markets.
