On the occasion of International Labour Day, Gautam Adani addressed over 4 lakh employees and partners across 700 locations nationwide, underscoring the Group’s commitment to ensuring dignity and respect for every worker.

In his message, Adani emphasised that dignity at work is not a privilege but a fundamental right of every working individual. He highlighted that creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and respected is central to enabling them to perform with confidence and purpose.

Backing this vision with tangible initiatives, the Adani Group is developing air-conditioned accommodation for around 50,000 workers in Mundra and Khavda in Gujarat’s Kutch district. The Group is also setting up a large cloud kitchen in Mundra to serve one lakh clean and nutritious meals daily.

These efforts, the company noted, go beyond infrastructure development and reflect a broader people-first approach. By prioritising worker welfare and well-being, the Group aims to foster stronger communities and drive more inclusive growth.

The message concluded with a broader theme: when individuals are empowered and supported, it strengthens the foundation for national progress.
