Nissin Foods has leased a 3.85 lakh square feet warehousing facility near Gurugram as the company looks to strengthen its logistics and distribution network in northern India. The lease agreement, valued at around ₹65 lakh in monthly rent, reflects rising demand for large-grade warehousing assets across the Delhi-NCR region.
Industry sources said the facility will support the company’s supply chain operations, inventory management and faster distribution of food products across key consumer markets. The warehouse is strategically located near major transport corridors, offering improved connectivity to regional distribution hubs and retail networks.
The transaction highlights continued momentum in India’s warehousing and industrial real estate sector, driven by growth in consumer goods, e-commerce and organised retail. Companies are increasingly investing in larger and technologically enabled logistics facilities to improve operational efficiency and meet rising consumption demand.
Real estate analysts noted that the Delhi-NCR market continues to attract strong leasing activity from manufacturing, FMCG and third-party logistics companies due to its connectivity, infrastructure and access to large consumption centres.
India’s warehousing sector has seen significant expansion in recent years, supported by supply chain modernisation, GST-led logistics consolidation and increasing demand for integrated storage and distribution solutions.
