The Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) convened a meeting with the Container Freight Station (CFS) Association of India to strengthen coordination and ensure seamless port operations.

The meeting was chaired by Gaurav Dayal and attended by Heads of Departments (HoDs) and senior officials of the port authority. Discussions focused on improving cargo evacuation efficiency and implementing proactive measures for monsoon preparedness.

During the meeting, stakeholders reviewed operational strategies aimed at minimizing congestion and ensuring the smooth movement of cargo across the port ecosystem. Special emphasis was placed on preparedness for the upcoming monsoon season, with efforts directed toward maintaining uninterrupted port operations despite adverse weather conditions.

The engagement underscores JNPA’s commitment to collaborative planning with industry stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen supply chain resilience, and maintain high service standards at India’s premier container gateway.
