    Deendayal Port Authority (DPA), Kandla, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with KSKV Kachchh University in the presence of Federation of Kutch Industries Association to strengthen collaboration in research, innovation, entrepreneurship, and skill development.

    The MoU was signed by Sushil Kumar Singh and Dr. Mohan Patel. As part of the partnership, the institutions will work towards establishing an Earth Science Incubation Centre and promoting startup development, academic-industry collaboration, and capacity-building initiatives.

    The agreement aims to create new opportunities for students and young professionals in the Kutch region, supporting innovation-driven growth and fostering a future-ready knowledge ecosystem aligned with regional and national development goals.
